1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Boni mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Boni is a pet life management application that provides the following features:
- Pet profile management and health record keeping
- Life logging (feeding, medication, grooming, veterinary visits)
- GPS walk tracking with route recording
- Training tools including clicker and session logging
- AI-powered pet care chat assistant
- Family sharing for collaborative pet management
- Nearby places discovery for pet-friendly locations
- Local notifications and reminders
3. Account Terms
- You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to create an account and use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the family sharing or community features
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Boni Pro
Boni offers a premium subscription ("Boni Pro") that unlocks additional features. Subscription details, pricing, and available plans are displayed within the App.
5.2 Billing
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the respective platform's payment terms. Boni does not directly handle payment card information.
5.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
5.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Please contact the relevant platform for refund inquiries.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Boni and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.
7. User Content
7.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the App, including pet photos, logs, notes, and other data ("User Content").
7.2 License
By uploading User Content, you grant Boni a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services to you.
7.3 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability
- Accuracy or reliability of GPS tracking (location accuracy depends on device hardware and environmental conditions)
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of AI-generated pet care suggestions
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boni and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any errors or inaccuracies in the App's content or AI responses
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Any third-party actions or services
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boni, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App will immediately cease
- Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
- Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your App Store or Play Store settings to avoid further charges
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
